Vendor Application information

Vendor Applications are closed for the 2025 season and will be open again for new vendors January 1st - 15th, 2026.

* The Lafayette Farmers Market is a food and grower-focused farmers market. This means that we will not review applications for non-food items, wholesale food items, non-profit tabling, or tents used to market a business. *

2026 Market Dates: May 3rd - Oct 31st

Location: Downtown Lafayette, on Public Rd between Cleveland St and Geneseo St

Vendor Fee Structure:

- $10 nonrefundable application fee to be paid on our website - link below. 

- $50 one-time space fee for accepted applicants, due by the end of February. This will not be available to pay on our website until we send out acceptance emails. 

- 10% of gross sales paid after each market day paid through Melio. Please round to the nearest dollar. We reserve the right to audit your market sales at any time and for any reason. 

- Fees for all farmers are 5%.

- Vendors must be current with the previous market fees before attending the next market.
